In the article "Put Forth our Best Writing Selves" by Douglas Hesse it talks about how Facebook, Twitter, and texting could ruin writing because now kids are using shorter and improper grammar which could make writing improper.
That's very true, but at the same time he explains that once in a while individuals have to put deeper thoughts into their writing. We have to challenge the thoughts of others. How could we do this? How can we change some of our writing to make others think?
